What we collect

Your name, phone number, email and address, details about your device and the problem, and records of the repairs and payments we handle for you. If you book online, we collect what you enter on the booking form.

How we use it

Only to provide our services: repairing your device, sending repair updates, estimates, reminders and receipts, taking payment, and answering your questions.

Text messages

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We send text messages only to customers who agree to receive them. Mobile phone numbers and text message consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share your number only with the service providers that deliver our messages (such as Twilio), and only to send messages you asked for.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Square. We never see or store your full card number.

How long we keep it

Your repair records are kept at our shop for our business and tax records. This website keeps only your first name, repair number, device and status, and deletes them after your repair has been closed for a while.
